Please take note of our policy:
- "When we accept private appointments or hold a spot in a group class, we turn away other business to honor our commitment to you, as a client. When scheduling an appointment, whether a private lesson or reserving a spot for group classes, we require payment for the service up front. This payment is NONREFUNDABLE.* Only once payment is made, will your spot be held for your desired date and time. Payment can be made via cash, check or credit card. While we understand that things come up, we require a 24 hour notice for any appointments needing to be cancelled or rescheduled. Otherwise you will be forfeiting that lesson. For appointments, we allow a 10 minute grace period, after which time, if you have not arrived, your lesson will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding."
- *Certain exceptions apply
What is your class agreement form?
- The class agreement form can be found here and is signed by students on the first day of class.
Do your classes have pre-requisites?
- Most classes do not require any previous knowledge or understanding. If they do, we will be sure to note that under class information.
Are dog or people aggressive dogs allowed?
- Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, dogs showing reactivity towards people or dogs are not allowed in our group classes. Private lessons are a better route for these dogs in order to address specific problem behaviors.
Do you board and train dogs?
- On occasion, we accept dogs into our home for boarding and training. The dogs we accept, however, must be dog and human friendly, as we have dogs ourselves. However, we recommend group classes or private lessons instead as those will allow you to work with your dog and understand the training process. To inquire about board and train availability, please contact us.
How can I pay?
- We accept cash, check or credit cards for payment.
